Can be picked from a live Sallow Tree by right clicking said tree and selecting the option "Take Sallow Catkin". The catkins can be used to plant more Sallow Trees. Use either a Treeplanter's Pot or equip a Shovel and Right-click the catkin on an empty spot on the ground.
Take note that bushes and trees planted via a Shovel have a chance of stunting.
