Stalagoomba is a Curiosity which can be used in the Study Report to earn Learning Points.

How to Acquire

Found very rarely in Caves.

Can very rarely spawn when picking a Stalagoom.

It's quite obvious they are a reference to a Goomba, an enemy from the Super Mario game series which looks like a mushroom.
Credo quests (Miner, Cave Hermit(?)) may target Stalagoomba but seem to want you to catch or see a wild one, so they may not be valuable to stash for that purpose.
