Brodgar Blue Cheese is a Cow Cheese. Each tray produces 3 slices of cheese.
How to Acquire
Put a cheese tray filled with Cellar Cheddar on a cheese rack placed outside or inside a house. It will take 32 hours to change into Brodgar Blue Cheese. Make sure to remove a tray with Brodgar Blue Cheese from a rack once it is ready to prevent it from turning into Generic Gouda.
Cheese quality is equal to curd's quality when quality of a cheese tray is not lower than curd's. Otherwise if a tray has quality lower than a curd, a cheese will be softcapped by a tray every stage.
