Once you have your Cocoons, prepare a Cauldron with at least 1 liter of water and some branches, and light it. Activate the Cauldron, and navigate to your Unravel Silk Cocoon command. Note that having max Nature will make this part of the process much more rewarding, as you will receive two filaments instead of one. Also, make sure you have enough inventory space when unraveling, as silk filaments are lost forever if dropped.
