(Note that attributes in Haven and Hearth are not fully implemented and subject to change.)

Attributes are increased by gaining Food Event Points (FEPs).  A table of all foods and their FEPs can be found here.

Strength

• Improves combat damage
• Improves your ability to Destroy objects  (Adventuring->Destroy)
• Improves Smithing

Example low-tier Strength food: Roasted Boar Meat

Example high-tier Strength food: Midnight Blue Cheese

Agility

• Improves certain combat skills such as sidestep.
• Increases Travel Weariness capacity.

Example low-tier Agility foods: Roasted Rabbit Meat, Honey Bun

Example high-tier Agility food: Ring of Brodgar

Intelligence

• Improves Opportunity Knocks (combat skill.)

Constitution

• Improves Soft and Hard Hit Points by 2.
• Reduces Stamina cost of Swimming.

Perception

• Combined with your Exploration skill, determines what hidden objects you can see in the wild (such as Inkweed, Rustroot, and Chantrelles)
• Improves the detection of scents. (needs confirmation)
• Improves the quality of unbaked goods.
• Determines your minimum ranged damage.

Charisma

• 25 Charisma is required to become a chieftain.
• Improves Leadership related combat skills, like Stern Order and To Arms.

Dexterity

• Improves Sewing.
• Improves Leatherworking.
• Improves quality of ceramics.

Psyche

• Improves Jewelcrafting.
