Put a cheese tray filled with Mothzarella on a cheese rack placed inside a house or in a cellar. It will take Game: 8d (Real: 58h 22m) to turn into Harmesan Cheese. Make sure to remove a cheese tray with Harmesan Cheese from a rack once it is ready to prevent it from turning into Generic Gouda.

Quality

Cheese quality is equal to curd's quality if the quality of the cheese tray is not lower than curd's. Otherwise if a tray has quality lower than a curd, a cheese will be softcapped by the tray at every stage.
