How to Acquire

First, prepare the the animal body by removing its hide and entrails (fishes are the exception to this). With a Roasting Spit over a lit Fireplace, Right click the Animal corpse onto the spit. Roasting meat this way increases the amount of meat by 25%, but also denies the collection Bones (for bigger animals, you will instead get Bone Ash, with the quality halves that of the quality of the bone you would otherwise get if you just butchered the animal for meat instead of spitroasting the carcass).

Immediately After cooking your Animal, you will get Sizzling {{PAGENAME}}. The Sizzling Buff grants 25% extra FEP for 30 minutes, after which it will turn back into {{PAGENAME}}.

Quality

The quality of Spitroast Meat is Softcapped by the quality of the Roasting Spit

The quality of raw animal placed on the spitroast is determined by the Survival (for wild animals) or Farming ability (for tamed animals) of the character who prepared the carcass (ie. by removing the hide and entrails).
