Bloom is created from Cast Iron, and is the precursor to Wrought Iron.

How to Acquire

Load Bars of Cast Iron into a Finery Forge and fuel with two units of Coal. Each bar will have a 50% chance of becoming Bloom, and a 50% chance of becoming Dross. Bloom will cool, becoming dross, if it's not forged into metal bars within 1-2 hours. Dross can be re-smelted with a chance to become cast iron again.

Quality

The quality of the Bloom and Slag will be the same as the Bar of Cast Iron if its quality isn't greater than the Finery Forge's and Charcoal's.
