Strategy
They are extremely weak, with less health and lower damage output than a fox. Simply punching them will suffice.

Dead Otter. Can be skinned for Fresh Otter Hide.
Skinned Otter. Can be butchered for Entrails and Raw Otter.
Otter Skeleton. Can be collected for Bone Material.
Notes
- Spawn in groups ranging sizes 1-5 in shallow water.
- Very easy to fight, weaker than a fox.
- Run with 3rd speed on water, and 2nd on land.
