Witherstands are bushes that grow in caves. While they do not naturally spawn outdoors, they can be planted there.
Withercorn
Their seeds are edible. Some Credo quests (Forager and Quarryman) can specifically request to gather/eat them.
Witherwood
Being a bush, Witherstand doesn't provide a log to saw boards from, but can be chopped to directly yield blocks. Witherwood blocks are grey.
