Together with Green Tea Leaves they currently serve the same purpose in making Tea.
Because the quality of Black Tea Leaves are influenced by the Herbalist Table twice, the quality of tea is closer to the table than tea from Green Tea Leaves.

Gained from leaving Fresh Tea Leaves onto a Herbalist Table for approx 8-12 RL hours.
