'Housing' refers to the structures in which players may enter and place furniture. Immovable, houses provide protection from the wilderness, both for you and your items. Particularly useful for Cupboards, which can be destroyed in a single decay hit.
When you Destroy a house, it will leave rubble on the ground. This can immediately be built on top of.
