How to Acquire
Fresh Aurochs Hides are obtained by killing an Aurochs and skinning it while holding a sharp object such as a stone axe. Each Aurochs provides 2 hides.
When dried on a drying frame and tanned in a tanning tub, Aurochs hide provides decent quality Leather. Obtaining an Aurochs hide can be dangerous as Aurochsen are large and dangerous animals, so newbies beware before engaging them.
