Fresh Wildhorse Hides are obtained by killing a wild horse and skinning it while holding a sharp object such as a stone axe. Each horse provides one hide.

When dried on a drying frame and tanned in a tanning tub, horse hide provides decent quality Leather. Obtaining a wild horse hide can be dangerous, so newbies beware before engaging them.
