Adventure > Smoke & Fire > Pyrite Spark
A Pyrite Spark is needed to light a fire, a fireplace and furnaces.
How to Acquire
After crafting the Pyrite Spark, it will attach to your cursor and burn up quickly, and if you drop it, it will disappear, so put fuel in the fireplace or furnace you want to light and stand close to it. Use the recipe and wait, this takes less time and stamina than Firebrand. When it's done you will hear it ignite, now quickly right click the unlit object and wait until it lights up, this also takes a little time.
Notes
- Small chance to drop Gold Pebbles with a message 'Hey, wait a minute; this isn't catgold!' or 'Some things that glimmer really are gold!'
- Placing Pyrite Spark in your inventory without using it results in Cavedust of equal quality to Cat Gold
