Rennet is used to make Curd, which is required to produce Cheese.

How to Acquire

In order to craft Rennet you need an empty Bucket, Suckling's Maw and at least 0.3 liters of Vinegar in your inventory.

Furthermore, you need a Cauldron to make rennet. Add Water and fuel to the cauldron, light it and execute the recipe.

The quality of the Water, Vinegar, and Suckling's Maw used all appear to play a role in quality. Cauldron quality also appears to have an affect. Rennet quality is softcapped by perception and cooking. Container and fuel quality do not matter.

When crafted it will fill up the container with 1 liter of Rennet. Pour the rennet along with Milk into a Curding Tub to start producing curd.

To discover Rennet, one must first discover some type of Milk in addition to the required ingredients.
