A hedgehog is a quill covered creature that can be killed for Raw Hedgehog and Hedgehog Quills. It takes up a 2x2 space in the inventory when alive. They are found on Forest terrain.
Note that picking up and butchering Hedgehogs will give your character Quill'd wounds, unless your character is wearing gloves.
Quick Facts
- Seems to be consistently found in Root Bosk biome.
- Desperate Hearthling who lost their battle for sanity can build up Quill'd wound incredibly fast by repeatedly picking and releasing single hedgehog.
Trivia
- Hedgehogs were added in the update Sonic Youth (2016-05-17), but of the few encounters reported by players there were next to no evidence.
- As of the update Thy Kingdom Come (2016-08-24) it seems to spawn more often and on diffrent terrains (?).
