Grove is one of the many biomes within the Hearthlands, a unique small form of Forest Terrain with only 1 random type of Trees, which can trigger an Mighty Grove event. On foot, a Hearthling can travel at a running pace through it, with a decent level of stamina drain for doing so. You can plow Grove to turn it into plowed dirt, but directly paving it is impossible.
