Back to Creatures |
Large yellow cat who patrols the forest for food. They are the animal with the most Agility in the game.
They normally should run away from you, but have a good chance to execute you if they decide to aggro.
Combat
Behaviour
They behave extremely strangely, unlike any other aggressive animal: they will flee within a certain radius of a player, then charge seemingly out of nowhere and only initiate combat at the very last second. Very agile will likely hit twice or more for every attack you make
Combat Moves
Strategy
You'll need horse with full stamina to catch them if they'll run, because only horse on 3rd-4th speed can catch up lynx. Beware that with 50 AGI they attack faster than you.
In-Game Example(s)
Dead Lynx. Can be skinned for Fresh Lynx Hide.
Skinned Lynx. Can be butchered for Intestines, Entrails and Raw Lynx.
Lynx Skeleton. Can be collected for Lynx Claws and Bone Material.
Notes
- To get to you, lynx will destroy any objects obstructing their path with lower than Soak 25, meaning only Palisades and Brickwalls will stop their bloodlust.
