River Pearls are extremely rare and valuable items used mainly for crafting jewelry that boosts learning ability. River pearls are also a Curiosity: In fact, they are one of the best curiosities in the game, taking only a single hour to give a massive 5000 base LP!

How to Acquire

Cooking a River Pearl Mussel into a Boiled River Pearl Mussel, will very rarely result in a pearl in addition to a boiled mussel.

The odds of obtaining a pearl is 1% per mussel.

Notes

  • Loftar stated on IRC on the 27/8/2010 that "No", obtaining a pearl does not depend on your nature/industy belief.
  • A pearl's quality is equal to the uncooked mussel's quality, unmodified by cauldron, water, or cooking skill.
