A special Cape and useful piece of war apparel, which grants a significant amount of Agility that can help to counteract the larger AGI penalties of metal armor or augment yours a good bit if using light armors.

It's worth noting Hussar's Wings used to give a small amount of armor and be equipable in the backpack slot as well as the cape slot, allowing you to wear 2 at once. In december of '24 these elements were removed as warrior and fighter players felt it locked them out of a backpack and cape since everyone needed to use one to be on the same footing. It's now less of an absolute necessity and more of a nice buff.
