Put a cheese tray filled with four units of Sheep's Curd on a cheese rack placed outside. It will take Game: 5d (Real: 36h 28m) to turn into Pecorino. Make sure to remove a cheese tray with Pecorino from a rack once it is ready to prevent it from turning into Generic Gouda.

Quality

Cheese quality is equal to curd's quality if the quality of the cheese tray is not lower than curd's. Otherwise if a tray has quality lower than a curd, a cheese will be softcapped by the tray at every stage.
