Strategy
You'll need an horse with full stamina to catch them if they start running, because only horses on 4th speed can catch up to a stoat.
Notes
- During winter, Stoats become white, and instead of Stoat Hide can be skinned for Ermine - ingredient for the Ermine Trimming gilding.
