Seeds of Wheat are used to plant Wheat, and can also be ground into Wheat Flour using a Quern You need 5 Seeds of Wheat to plant one tile of this crop.

You can stack Seeds of Wheat in stacks of 50 in your inventory, or store 1000 Seeds of Wheat in a Bucket, or store 10000 Seeds of Wheat in a Barrel.

How to Acquire

Place a Wild Windsown Weed on a Drying Frame or Herbalist Table. When it dries, it has a chance of becoming Seeds of Wheat, or any other type of seed

After planting Seeds of Wheat and waiting for its crop to grow, harvesting the crop will yield between 10 and 15 Seeds of Wheat, depending on your Skills.

How to Use

In order to use Seeds of Wheat, you must first plow a tile of earth, then plant the Seeds of Wheat in the ground.
There are several ways to do this:

  • with Seeds of Wheat in your inventory, LEFT-CLICK and drag the Seeds of Wheat to the plowed earth and RIGHT-CLICK the desired tile.
  • with Seeds of Wheat in your inventory, SHIFT + RIGHT-CLICK the Seeds of Wheat and hold LEFT-CLICK to drag an area of ground to be planted.
  • with a Bucket filled with Seeds of Wheat in hand, SHIFT + RIGHT-CLICK the Seeds of Wheat and hold LEFT-CLICK to drag an area of ground to be planted.

Notes

Placing Seeds of Wheat on an herbalist table will result in Seeds of Sprouted Wheats, which require only 4 seeds to be planted, and are affected by the quality of your herbalist table, so it can be used to increase the quality of your wheat crop faster.
