Brodgar Blue Cheese is a Cow Cheese. Each tray produces 3 slices of cheese.

How to Acquire

Put a cheese tray filled with Cellar Cheddar on a cheese rack placed outside or inside a house. It will take 32 hours to turn into Brodgar Blue Cheese. Make sure to remove a cheese tray with Brodgar Blue Cheese from a rack once it is ready to prevent it from turning into Generic Gouda.

Quality

Cheese quality is equal to curd's quality if the quality of the cheese tray is not lower than curd's. Otherwise if a tray has quality lower than a curd, a cheese will be softcapped by the tray at every stage.
