A wooden plow is an object used to plow a field. When a player right clicks a plow, he assume control of the plow with the player moving behind it. Using a wooden plow uses considerably less stamina than Landscape > Plow Field. The wooden plow is one of the few items that can be moved without picking it up (although you can pick it up).
How to Use
After right clicking the plow, left click an area to move the plow towards that area. Square of the ploughed tile does not play a role. Plow ploughs every tile it leaves. However it cannot traverse through paved and dirt grounds or mountain, beach and mudflat terrain. To stop ploughing, right click anywhere on the screen.
Ploughing does not damage any crops under the terrain tile. Any plowed tiles will eventually revert to the tile it was before.
Tips
- Plows only change a tile when they leave it, so if planning on plowing a large area it is more efficient (although time consuming for the player) to zig-zag through two rows at a time instead of just straight through one row.
- note: stamina usage has changed in the patch Wolverine Instructions, plowing now does stamina drain per tile instead of per pixel. every tile the plow goes through drains stamina 4% /tile and 2% /plowed tile
