Black Pepper is an ingredient that increases the FEP gain of foods that it is sprinkled over. Apply to food by picking up and right clicking on target food. All peppered food items give Bum Burn wound. Also it's a spice that can be used in various recipes for additional FEP buff.

How to Acquire

You need a Quern to make a black pepper.

Quality

• Black Pepper Quality is Average Dried Pepper Drupe and is softcapped by ${\sqrt[{2}]{Dexterity*Farming}}$.

• The Quern has no effect on quality.

Notes

• As a Spice uses 0.01 kg in recipes.
• As a powder, Black Pepper disappears instantly if dropped to the ground. You may want to avoid using keyboard shortcuts involving Control-key to avoid accidents, or hold the pepper in a Bucket to be safe.
• When grinding pepper there needs to be at least some free place* to receive the ground pepper (like a free inventory slot (character or other container), bucket, barrel, or a pile of ground pepper with some space left.) or the grinding will stop after trying. (... unlike some other crafting processes that take/remove the used ingredients before returning the crafted product.)
