Siegecraft allows you to build siege engines such as the Battering ram or Catapult, it is unlocked buy first purchasing the skill Vandalism
The high cost of this skill along with Vandalism, plus it's prerequisites, make it very difficult for a hearthling lacking many resources to acquire siege engines, so a viable alternative lies in the Wrecking Ball, as it does not require the Siegecraft skill or Brimstone
Brimstone is required for both the Battering ram and the Catapult, meaning you should preferably have a decent supply before purchasing Siegecraft
