Government > Village Banner
Expands Village Claim at a range of 30 tiles in a square shape making a 61x61 claim around it. Each banner adds 5000 to the maximum Authority and drains ? authority per in-game day.
Banners can only be built on existing village claims. On level and paved ground.
Only villagers with Manage territory Privileges can build Village Banners.
