Ship Dock is an expensive building that allows you to teleport your Knarr or Snekkja back home after long travels.

It has to be constructed in water and can dock two ships, one on each side.

How to use

"While sailing a Knarr, right-click a Ship Dock to set it as the home dock of the Knarr in question. While piloting the Knarr you may, then, right-click the Knarr, and Sail -- i.e. teleport -- home to your home dock" - Jorb[1]

Appearance

The appearance of the dock is dictated by the materials used. Notably, stones don't matter (presumably stone would be used in dock's underwater foundations that aren't visible.)

Notes

• Crafting fifty Tarsticks requires total of 125 liters of Tar. As quality doesn't matter, it's recommended to simply burn q10 wood from wild trees to make the tar. An easy way to make 125 liters of tar is to build 8 tar kilns and fill them with pine blocks, the block with most total tar output. You'll have enough after about 3 real life days. If time is of the essence, simply double the tar kilns to make the same amount in half the time, or whatever ratio nets you sufficient tar as quickly as you need.
