==How to Acquire==
| reqObject = four units of [[Cow's Curd]]
Fill a [[Cheese Tray|cheese tray]] with four units of [[curd]], then place the tray on a [[Cheese Rack|cheese rack]] in a [[cellar]] for 50 hours (RL). The curds will take some time to change into cheese. After changing, the cheese will not change until removed from the rack and placed again. Cellar Cheddar can be placed outside, in a [[Log Cabin|log cabin]], or [[Stone Mansion|stone mansion]] to be turned into [[Brodgar Blue Cheese]] or in a [[Mine Hole|mine]] to turn into [[Cave Cheddar]]. All other location will turn it into [[Generic Gouda]].

Cellar Cheddar is a Cow Cheese. Each tray produces 2 slices of cheese.

How to Acquire

Put a cheese tray filled with four units of Cow's Curd on a cheese rack placed in a cellar. It will take Game: 6d (Real: 43h 46m) to turn into Cellar Cheddar. Make sure to remove a cheese tray with Cellar Cheddar from a rack once it is ready to prevent it from turning into Generic Gouda.

Quality

Cheese quality is equal to curd's quality if the quality of the cheese tray is not lower than curd's. Otherwise if a tray has quality lower than a curd, a cheese will be softcapped by the tray at every stage.
