Lawspeaker

Remove the related TAG from the 'Pagenotice' call, or remove the whole 'Pagenotice' call.
The Lawspeaker is the head of his village. He can wear Lawspeaker gear (such as the Lawspeaker's Hat and Lawspeaker's Robes), revoke personal claims on village property, invite new settlers or kick players out of the village. Look at the village interface in kin/village window (bottom right button), you can bind rights to color groups and assign them to your villagers.
The Lawspeaker always has all privileges, "Only difference to normal villagers: lawspeaker always has all rights so he can't lock himself out of being able to manage them by accident" (Granger).
