Not to be confused with Standing Grass.

Among the terrain that can be found in the Hearthlands, Grass is unique, existing as the only terrain, besides Dirt, which can be directly made by a Hearthling and found naturally. To create Grass, one must be standing on Dirt, and select the option to plant grass under Landscaping.

When found naturally, Grass can spawn trees, bushes, and mirkwood sources, however, this is uncommon enough that unless you stumble upon a rather large area of natural grass, you are unlikely to find any significant flora.

"Grassland" can also be used as a generic term, referring to number of biomes with following similarities:

  • It is possible to Sprint.
  • Shared "grassland" forageables (clover, dandelion.)
  • Limited/sparse trees.
  • Can be directly paved on. (Ground not being flat may be a concern.)
