Use
The ability to stake a claim on land, making it and everything on it your property. This includes the inside of mines, and cabins.
Warning
If you Trespass on someone else's claim you will leave a trespass clue, allowing you to be tracked. Most players won't kill you over a trespass but its still better to avoid it.
Currently, just opening a container leaves a theft scent and those are more likely to result in aggression, but it is expected that that will be changed to make theft scent only appear after you actually take something.
