Leather is used to produce a variety of equipment.

How to Acquire

Step by Step instructions for producing leather are available with information about the Tanning Tub.

Notes

  • Each tub can only hold 4 slots of hides. The amount of leather received is equal to the size of the hide used. Dried bear hide and dried hide (boar, cow, deer) provide four leather, dried fox hide and dried sheep skin provide two leather, and rabbit fur provides one leather. You can add multiple hides to fill the 2x2 space.
  • Though it only takes 20L of fluid to prepare a tanning tub, each can hold up to 40L of fluid. Filling the tub beyond the minimum amount results in less preparation time for future leather production.
