Cat Gold is a Curiosity which can be used in the Study Interface to earn Learning Points.

This is one of the earliest curiosities the player may get since it requires no production.

How to Acquire

Randomly acquired when chipping stone and mining.

Notes

As of Valhalla Rising, (stockpile fix with Bugskatchewan), Cat Gold counts as stone and can be stockpiled as stone.

It can be used for instead of stone for Paved Ground and various other stone needed things, like houses or stone columns.

This item no longer disappears if you drop it on the ground.

Warning

Cat Gold can be used as if they were a regular stone component when crafting items. This can also be a detriment if you are not careful as you can accidentally turn Cat Gold into Stone Arrows or a Stone Axe. It will also be used to pave with, make houses or stone columns with, or level an area with.

WARNING!!! The color looks terrible.
