Slag is a type of Stone, a byproduct obtained in the process of making Bars of Wrought Iron.
How to Acquire
Load Bars of Cast Iron into a Finery Forge and fuel with two units of Coal. Each bar will have a 50% chance of becoming Bloom, and a 50% chance of becoming Slag.
Uses
- Can be resmelted in an Ore Smelter for a small chance of getting some Bars of Cast Iron back out of it (about 5% or 1 bar/smelt). You can not load slag into a smelter, so leave it in after smelting ore and run the smelter again.
- Used along with eggs to produce Turquoise Pigment for Sketches.
- Can be used in paving.
Trivia
Slag was a completely useless waste product in Legacy.
